   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold 4.00-5.00 lower on
moderate demand. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily
to the ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold
7.00-8.00 lower on light demand. Slaughter Holstein steers and
slaughter heifers not tested last week so no trend. Slaughter cows sold
mostly steady to 1.00 lower. Demand moderate. Not enough Slaughter
bulls sold last week for a trend. Cattle supplies included 255 steers;
99 heifers; 437 cows; 19 bulls; and 13 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Graded Holstein 
bull calves sold 40.00-50.00 higher. Not enough Holstein heifer calves for 
a market test. Ag Market News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded
393 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are sold by the cwt.

112-128 lbs 65.00-75.00; 88-110 lbs 77.00-92.00; 80-86 lbs 40.00. Number 3
90-130 lbs 52.00-60.00; 60-88 lbs 25.00-35.00. Utility  60-130 lbs 15.00-
